Ashgabat Train Station

Ashgabat railway station is the primary train station in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. Originally built in 1888, it was completely rebuilt after the 1948 earthquake. The station, now operated by Türkmendemirýollary, was reconstructed in 1950 on the original foundations. In 2009, the station underwent significant renovations, redesigned by the Turkish company Belda Insaat.
